How long does Season 2025 go for - Start and End Dates?Season 2025 begins from: * MiniRoos (U5-11s) Mixed non-competitive teams from Saturday 5th April. * Youth U12+ competitive teams from Saturday 5th April. * MiniRoos Girls only (U5-11s) & Youth girls & Women's teams from Sunday 6th April. * Grand Final dates for competition teams, Div 2 and below, are scheduled for the weekend of 23rd and 24th August 2025. * Grand Final dates for competition teams in Div 1 are scheduled for the weekend of 30th and 31st August 2025. NB: Games continue in school holidays, with the exception of the middle weekend for all U5-11 MiniRoos non competitive teams, when no games will be played for these age groups. (School holidays 14Apr to 24Apr and 7Jul to 18Jul) NOTE - there are NO games on the Easter long weekend in Season 2025 - 19th and 20th April.

Do I need to Register online?Yes. To play Winter Football you must be registered online with a valid Play Football registration

Do I need a Play Football Account?Yes. All registrations must be done through Play Football.

Do I need a photo?Yes. All registration must include a current passport style photo (head and shoulders) that accurately depicts the player being registered. Failure to provide one will stop the registration from being approved. Photos must be taken within a 3 year period.

How do I register for the Sunday girls competition?To register for the girls competition, begin a standard registration. Do not be worried about the 'Mixed' in the age group. During the registration process, an Additional Question is presented where you can choose the 'Women's' competition:

Can I play in the same team with my friends?During registration, there is an additional question where you can add some details about which team you would prefer to be in. We cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled, but we will do our best to try and make it possible. NOTE: Please limit responses to full names/school connections etc - no sentences needed as the data catch only has a certain character limit.

What is the Active Kids Voucher (AKV) for Season 2025?Active Kids Voucher Program The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program. * Parents, guardians and carers can apply for a voucher for each school-enrolled child in their care aged 4.5 to 18 years. The voucher is valued at $50 and: can be put towards the cost of sport and active recreation with registered Active Kids providers - Ryde Panthers FC is an eligible provider of the program. must be redeemed before the expiry date on the voucher. To be eligible for the voucher, a child must be: under the care of a parent, guardian or carer who is receiving in the current or previous financial year: Family Tax Benefit Part A Family Tax Benefit Part B both Family Tax Benefit Part A and Family Tax Benefit Part B a NSW resident aged between 4.5 and 18 years. If you have more than one eligible child, you can apply for them in the same application. Only one person can apply for the vouchers for a child. What you need to apply for the voucher; a MyServiceNSW Account one proof of identity document for the parent, carer or guardian your child's Medicare card details your child's height and weight (optional). Vouchers can only be used: until the expiry date on the voucher once, with one provider - eg Ryde Panthers FC for the person named on the voucher towards the registration, participation and membership costs associated with an approved Active Kids provider. If the fees for your chosen activity are less than the full value of the voucher, the remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be used. A voucher cannot be: split between more than one provider or registration (which means if you do not use the full voucher amount, any remaining amount will not be used) used for individual items (like boots, socks or shorts etc) used for the same activity within the same term as another Active Kids voucher redeemed for cash. To use the voucher, give the details to your registered activity provider when you register online through Play Football. You can view vouchers in the Service NSW app. You'll find the voucher under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the app. WAIT - DID YOU KNOW? It is important to note that the existing AKV program provided a $50 voucher from 15th July 2024 and this voucher can be still used until 14th July 2025. How do I apply the Active Kids Voucher (AKV)?You will need to get your AKV from Service NSW : https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher Start your Ryde Panthers Football registration using the links above. When you get to the Payment Options Screen, select Active Kids Voucher and enter the code. This will reduce the fee by $50 once redeemed.

Can I get a refund of the Active Kids Voucher (AKV)?No. The voucher is usable once only and cannot be refunded under Sports NSW guidelines. However, if you de-register and decide you would like to use the voucher at another Active Kids organisation, Ryde Panthers will attempt to transfer the amount to the new provider upon receiving confirmation of enrolment and their banking details.

Is there offline payment option 2025?No. All registration payments in 2025 remain online only. If this will be an issue, please fill out this form and we will see if we can workout an alternative method.

Are there any DISCOUNTS available?Yes. There are several discount/refunds available including: DISCOUNTS: Early Bird Registration (Available until 13th February midnight) *Discount applied when registering * U6-U14 ($20) *U15-U18 ($30) *U21 and Seniors ($40) 2. Active Kids Voucher ($50) *Discount applied when registering DISCOUNT REFUNDS: Siblings ($10 first sibling, $20 thereafter) Students 19-25 years studying at Uni / TAFE / Apprenticeship ($40) *need to provide a valid student ID to receive refund Dual Registration - For female players who are registered in BOTH the Mixed and the Women's comp - POA Coaches ($60) for coaches of any MiniRoos OR Youth teams who are also a registered player. Referees ($60) for players who are active referees in the 2025 season. *need to provide a valid NWSFRA number to receive refund Committee ($60) for players who are active Committee members in the 2025 season. * Early Bird Discount and Active Kids voucher may be combined with other discount refunds. ** Discount Refunds are CAPPED at $60/player for the 2025 season.

How can I claim a Discount Refund?Please contact us before April 1st, and we will setup a bank transfer post payment of registration once the discount refund request option has been approved. Does Ryde Panthers provide classes or lessons?No. If you are looking for lessons or classes, we suggest contacting one of our associated partners Justfootball Academy.

What day/time is training on?Training requests are emailed to the Committee once a consensus amongst the team has been given dependent on player and coach availability. All requests are then put into a Training Map for all to see who is training when and where on any given night. PAS (Panther Advanced Squad) training with JustFootball coaching staff will be either Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday pending coach availability. In 2025 Under 5 & 6 training will be on Tuesday from 4.45pm. U7 on Thursday from 4.45pm. U8-11's to finish by 6pm pending day. U12-15 to finish by 8pm pending day. U16+ training is from 8pm pending day.

Where is training?Training is generally held at E.L.S. Hall Park during the winter season. Before the winter season officially begins, training may be held at a variety of nearby fields depending on which fields Council make available.
