Refunds - Registration

If you are injured, you MUST remain registered for any insurance claims or cover.

Ryde Panthers Football Club is a grass roots, family focused club.

As a non-profit volunteer club we aim to promote equal opportunity for all players to develop football and team skills and to make friends for life!


When requesting a refund, Ryde Panthers FC can only refund, at most, the Club’s fees provided to Football Australia.
The refund amounts, and refund window listed below are for the Ryde Panthers club fee only. Refer to Play Football for the Associations refund policy.


Important dates:

  • Type 1 : January to Round 1 : 100% refund.

  • Type 2 : Round 1 to Pre-Round 11 : $50 Administration fee* - This covers club fee’s (such as field and lighting hire).

  • Type 3 : After Round 11 : 0% refund.


A player may request to cancel their registration with Ryde Panthers Football Club at any time throughout the season.

 

As part of the de-registration, you may be subject to a refund, refer as listed above dates.


You must complete de-registration before you may register at another Club.


As part of the refund, you may be eligible for whole or part of:

  • FA National Registration Fees

  • FNSW Capitation & Insurance

  • NWSF Association Competition Fees

  • Ryde Panthers Football Club Fees.

​You will not be eligible for:

  • Non-refundable Association fees

  • The cost of any merchandise included in the registration fee (e.g: Socks, Shorts, Bags, Football etc)

  • Discounts already refunded.

  • Active Kids Vouchers (These can be transferred to another institution on request)


How to request a Registration Refund:
 

  1. Advise your Coach or Manager ASAP of your intent.

  2. Complete the refund on Play Football. Refer to Play Football support guide How to Request a Refund

  3. You will receive notification when the refund has been approved.


If after 3 days and you have yet to hear a response, please email : registrar@rydepanthers.football


* If under unexceptional circumstances or financial hardship, email registrar@rydepanthers.football and your case will be assessed.
